Status of our Chapters merging into
COSDC: Mary
Mary has begun the process of changing
our name to COSDC with the state of California.
We are an Unincorporated Association in California (UNA), and she has
sent in a completed form and the appropriate fee. At the SLT meeting in June, we voted to
change our name to COSDC and appointed two additional treasurers, Brian Curry
and Parth Domke, to replace Linda Dollins. Voting on the action was necessary
to complete the name change form.

The meeting began at 9:35 AM on June 5, 2026.
This meeting was called for the express purpose of electing two co-treasurers to our servant-leadership team. They, along with coordinator Mary Williams, will have access to the CONSD account (name soon to be changed to COSDC) at San Diego County Credit Union as well as check-signing privileges.
Rick Martin made a motion to nominate Parth Domke and Brian Curry as co-treasurers for CONSD/COSDC. Ardy Woodmansee seconded this motion.
The servant-leadership team voted unanimously in favor of this motion. Parth Domke and Brian Curry are now co-treasurers of CONSD / COSDC.
Through Zoom’s share-screen function, Mary previewed what COSDC’s website will look like. This website will be published online in the coming week.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:45 AM.
ADDENDUM added on August 20:
The Servant-Leadership Team of CONSD recognizes that our unincorporated association (UNA) needs to open a new Business Checking Account, with a new EIN, at San Diego County Credit Union to reflect our name change to Contemplative Outreach of San Diego County.
